Our tea towels are designed and hand printed in the Smitten Studio and are manufactured locally. We take pride in each step of the process and know our sewers personally.

This design is based on the many leaves and textures I draw on my walks through the Waitakere’s, in West Auckland. The original artwork is hand painted, and one of several versions over a morning session in the studio. There is something very meditative and relaxing in the fluidity of painting, just like the walks in the bush.
